Tile and grout floors add a certain amount of luxuriousness to your home that no other floor covering can. The problem with them, however, are those concrete channels in-between the tiles known as grout. No matter how often you clean your floor, your grout is on a lower level than the tile floor and it receives everything you sweep or mop like a holding pond. Liquids lying in those channels eventually permeate the grout and bring along soil with them. It does not take long for your grout to become an uneven, dark shade of sludge and make your floors look dingy and uninviting. It also is likely to be holding many germs and bacteria that can make your family sick

So what do you do? Do you take that old toothbrush or small scrub brush, poor up a tall can of elbow grease, get on your aching knees and work for hours at each individual square? It'll probably come clean eventually. If you've got enough of that elbow grease. But, if you would like to stay out of a back brace for the entire following week and want to avoid knee replacement, maybe you could try a better way?

By now, I imagine you have viewed the videos available on this page.  What you have watched is a floor cleaning tool called the Turbo. This tool is essentially an enclosed power washing system. It enables us to power-wash your floors with 1,200 PSI of soft water, blasting out all the sludgy dirt, grime, germs and bacteria. On the inner wall of this tool is a vacuum ring that extract all the filth away into our truck outside. This is how we can power wash your floors indoors without making a mess.

We make all hard surface floors shine. We perform miracles everyday on ceramic, porcelain, and natural stone, including slate, granite and sandstone.  We can even transform your dingy vinyl floors (see video #2 ) into bright and beautiful areas. In addition, we provide grout sealing (video #4), if you so choose. Sealing will keep your grout water- tight and not allow it to stain or quickly re-soil. If it has been years since you have re-sealed your grout, much of the sealer has been worn off from harsh cleaning chemicals and wear. And if you have a natural stone floor, the tile themselves are very porous and also need to be re-sealed.

Give us a call and visit with Lisa. You may find that our reasonable rates for transforming your tile and grout floors are highly desirable to knee-pads, a toothbrush and an aching back, not to mention all of that valuable time you'll lose torturing yourself. And you will be amazed at you like-new tile floors.
