We are aware of other companies that should really be called a carpet soaking service, rather than a carpet cleaning service. You know what I'm talking about. If you are browsing for a carpet cleaning company, maybe you have already experienced the following scenario: They meet you at your door, do a quick glance around, quote you a price for the number of areas you have and give you their stock price. Then they quickly bring their hoses in, scratching your door jams, wall corners, wood floors and wood furniture along the way. They press the machine's ON button and flood your carpet with water and dash through your house with a quick-as-lightening vacuum and they rush on to their next job. You are left with soaking wet carpet for days and it isn't a whole lot cleaner than it was before they came in and soaked you. They may even try to up the charges by nickel and dimeing you for many items you thought were all ready included in their initial charge.

   At Cleancare, we focus on total carpet CARE. We do not provide that splash-and-dash service described above. Your first contact with Cleancare will be over the phone with our OFFICE Manager, Lisa. She is possibly the kindest person on earth and looks forward to visiting with you and providing an approximate price estimate. After she has scheduled an appointment time with you (usually within 10 days), Ken will arrive on time and greet you with a smile. First, we'll walk through your home with you, asking you to point out any areas of concerns such as stains, extra soiled areas and furniture moving. Next, we'll measure all areas with a measuring wheel. (see video #1 on right). We price carpet care by the sq. foot. We'll discuss the price quote with you and ask if you would like to subtract or add any areas or furnishings or include a Maxim Advanced Protector application (see video #2). Once the price is agreed on, there will be no up-sell attempts or any nickel and dimeing. The price won't change. Keep in mind that we do not provide cheap, brush-the-dirt-off service. We provide you with the most thorough carpet cleaning ever.

   We utilize a truckmounted hot water extraction process for cleaning carpet. (See video #3). Shaw Industries, the world's largest carpet manufacturer, recommends carpet cleaning using our process on a regular basis in their carpet warranty. First we'll protect your wood floors from moisture and scratching with tarps. We'll then place corner guards on wall corners and furniture legs to eliminate scratching (see video #4).

   And then we'll start the Truckmounted hot water extraction cleaning, which is much superior to anything else. It heats the water to a very high temperature of at least 225 degrees F. It then shoots our naturally derived cleaning solution deep into your carpet at high pressure, This breaks up the dirt and pollens and kills germs and bacteria on contact. We'll then go over pre-treated area with a carpet groomer and work it into every nook and cranny of the fibers. We then specially treat each stain with the specific stain remover needed from our large arsenal.

   Our next step is steam extraction. Neutralized, soft water (see video#5) is then injected into your carpet again at high temperature and 600 psi to rinse out soil, gunk, spots and all cleaning products. A split second later, it is all powerfully extracted out and away from your carpet into the holding tank in our truck. We'll also place blocks or tabs under your furniture legs to protect carpet from wood stain or rust (see video #6).

   We then begin the drying process with our incredible Airpath fans (see video #7.) They pull warm, dry air near your ceiling down to and across the surface of your carpet. We move these throughout your carpeted areas as we clean. You can expect your carpets to be dry between 2 and 4 hours after we leave because of this extra, advanced drying process. A final carpet grooming and inspection follows up our services.
